Associate Rush Head Coach Trevor Kleckner discussed a big bit of news for a star forward on the Rush.
“We are very happy to announce that Forward Bryce Battaglia has committed to NCAA DIII Arcadia University for the 2023-2024 season.
Bryce has been a huge scoring help since joining the Rush at the end of October, averaging over a point per game. Last season at Arcadia, Coach Pietrangelo and myself had huge interest in adding him for the 23-24′ season. He had previously played with former Rush forward Aaron Hamel as well as Brendan Dicker who are currently freshmen at Arcadia. This sparked his initial interest and the opportunity to step in and make an immediate scoring impact was what solidified his decision to become a Knight. He will work great with Hamel and Dicker as well as former Rush forward Drew Iannucci who currently leads the Knights in scoring and is sixth in the nation with assists (11). We wish Bryce the best of luck next year with Arcadia.”
Bryce is a point per game player with the Rush and a big reason why they are again a threat to win a National title this season. He plays with speed and a nose for the net that will serve him well at Arcadia and beyond.
