Hear from Program director Jeff Holdenrid on another strong week for CPH.
“Week 7 was a quiet but exciting weekend for CPH. 10UAA had a great weekend and is on a nice 4 game winning streak.
Some more big tournament weekends are right around the corner.

CPH 10uAA displayed strong teamwork and a balanced performance in their game against the Canes 2014 Black team. With eight different goal scorers and solid defensive efforts, they achieved a sweeping victory. The exceptional goal-tending of Luke Bannon and Cole Schwerdtfeger further contributed to their success. As a result, they claimed the top spot in the CHL, demonstrating their skill and unity as a team.
CPH 14uA traveled to Greenville to face the Road Warriors in what was sure to be a challenging matchup. Greenville had recorded 7-2 victories against CPH in 2 exhibition games earlier this season, and had since recordedseveral wins and ties against AA competition. Saturday’s game did not go CPH’s way, and after an arduous first period they were trailing 4-0. The team tightened up after that, but lost the game 6-0. Sunday morning was a different story – CPH battled all game and was able to even the score at 1 a minute into the 3rd period. Greenville scored a few minutes later to take the lead, and then capitalized on a 5 on 3 power play with 5 minutes left to seal a 3-1 victory. CPH fought hard and made great progress against one of the strongest teams in the conference.”
