Cole Fagan is the type of player that plays like a General. Next year he will be as he signed a tender with the group for the 2022-2023 season. Fagan will be a big part of a group looking to build on what this 2021-2022 group is doing. He is a power forward with a strong two way game who did not take long to make an impression on his Head Coach next year, Bryan Erikson.
Of Fagan Erikson said , “ Cole came and practiced with us last week. And to be honest we really didn’t know him nor were we overly familiar with his game. But about 20 minutes in Eric and I both realized we really liked what we saw. I called Matt after practice and told him about Cole and how I felt he could fit in really well both on the ice and off the ice with our organization. We had him out the next day and loved his game more. We met as a staff and decided he was a player that could really help us next season. Nate Bostic his coach does a tremendous job with development and we offered him a tender. It was a quick response process. It’s great to get a local player as well. He’s a big kid with a smooth stride that plays a physical game and can absolutely rip the puck. Excited to watch Cole develop further and be a General next season!”
